You know what I love about family photos? I get to see how amazing each member of the family is as an individual. They each get to have their moment to shine and be seen. Then we can see that an amazing family is made up of amazing individuals.

It was now time to scoop him back up in her arms. Like I said, they couldn’t stay apart for long. He was being such a good little boy. He just wanted the security that came with being right close to his mama’s heart.

Now it was time for Ruthie to get her mommy and me photos! So many sweet moments! She smiled up at her mommy and then fell asleep in her arms. It’s so important to remember these beautiful moments because they go so quickly. It seemed like just yesterday Anna Grace was this tiny. If I had one superpower, I would want to make time go a little more slowly in moments like this!

And what was really nice was there was no bickering, no complaining. Just sweet people enjoying their time together. Then on to senior portraits for the middle daughter. She owned it! I was so proud of Leah and how confident she looked by the end of her graduate portraits!

It was beautiful to watch her giggling between them, knowing these are the guys that are going to keep their sister safe. So much innocence with not a care in the world! And her giggle was so contagious, sometimes we were able to catch the guys at just the right time with the hugest grins on their faces.
